Your purchase will download as a zipped file. When downloading your file after purchasing, select the “save” option instead of directly opening the file. If you do not specify a download location, the file will often be found in a folder labeled “downloads”.
Some computers may require an external program to unzip the file. is a free and well-known software that compresses and extracts files. is another free option. You do not need to pay for an unzipping program to unzip your downloaded file.
Note: On Windows 10 the file explorer has built-in File extraction, where you can simply right-click and extract files, and does not need unzipping software.
